Youth Media Workshops

Due to COVID-19, our regular workshops are temperately on hold. But we are offering virtual workshops now! Check them out below:

Virtual Workshop: Storybook

This workshop is offered via Zoom. We will read and recreate stories so that YOU can see yourself in them. After gathering for a fun storytelling session, break out the markers and paper and get ready to make an awesome prop or costume piece to represent a favorite character in the story.

Next, warm up with a fun theater exercise before diving in to explore the physicality and voices of the characters together.  With your family members, act out your favorite character, either through a pose/ movement or a line of dialogue.

Videos from the workshop will be edited and used to create a video storybook. See yourself as a star in the story!
