The MATV Board of Directors is composed of 9
members of the community who oversee the general
operation of MATV and plan for its future. 3 members
are elected by the MATV membership and 6 are appointed
by the standing board to assure diversity and community
representation. Please consult our by-laws for further
information. Meetings
are held the last Tuesday of every month at the MATV facility
and are open to the public. Copies of past meeting minutes
are available for public inspection at MATV during
regular office hours.
